Collaborated with designers, product managers, and engineers to create seamless copy that delivers “just in time” content for users. The new content I wrote was concise and covered all use cases for importing data into Shotgun, an Autodesk product. Before the redesign, the importer was hard to find, and many customers were not able to successfully use this crucial feature. After the redesign, 73% of all users who attempt to use the importer are successful.
