Wrote nurture campaigns for Shotgun, Autodesk. Two examples include:
- A campaign for the Extended Access Program (EAP), to extend trial sites during COVID-19
- A campaign to remind potential customers that their free trial is ending
EAP Campaign:
- Consisted of three emails, with links to more information on the program. Emails had an average 36% open rate.
- Included an in-app bot that allowed customers to schedule meetings with the support team, for help setting up their workflows. The bot had a 34% completion rate.
Trial Ending Campaign:
- Consists of a combination of 9 in-app and email messages over a period of 90 days, starting 1 week before the end of the trial. Messages average a 39% open rate.
- Resulted in converting over 1400 trial sites to paid sites.
